A crew officer sends the listing through the form. The API stores it in Supabase as pending.
Review
Moderators check the gang name, Discord contact, Roblox group, requirements, and safety language.
Publish or reject
Only approved listings appear on the board. Rejected, expired, or reported entries stay out of public search results.
Expire and report
Listings can expire after a review window, and players can report stale invites or unsafe recruitment behavior.

A recruitment board can help players find groups, but no Gakuran clan or crew should ask for account access, off-platform payments, or unsafe downloads.
- Never share your Roblox password, browser cookie, two-factor code, or account recovery details.
- Avoid crews that demand executors, scripts, paid boosts, or downloads as a join requirement.
- Check whether the Discord name, Roblox group, officers, and member behavior match the submitted listing.
- Report expired invites, impersonation, harassment, raid planning, or listings that look copied from another crew.
